Three-dimensionally ordered macroporous BaTiO3 framework-reinforced polymer composites with improved dielectric properties

Abstract Polymer composites with high dielectric constants are highly desired in advanced electronic devices and the modern electrical industry. The constant of three-dimensional filler-reinforced polymer is usually enhanced at expense flexibility. Herein, barium titanate inverse opals (BT_IOs) that have three-dimensionally ordered interconnected macropores prepared introduced into a poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) matrix to tailor their properties. composite films 30 wt% BT_IOs exhibit 18.8 1 kHz, showing an enhancement 154% 35% compared pristine PVDF corresponding reinforced nanoparticles, respectively. Meanwhile, loss suppressed 0.088. BT_IOs/PVDF also maintain good flexibility can be freely bent. This design macroporous improved presents promising applications materials flexible electronics.
